Our Process

Because of the 20 years of experience our staff has in Technical recruiting, we understand the steps and processes that it takes to be successful in today's marketplace. From writing the job description to extending an offer, rest assured that our process will deliver the best qualified candidates much faster than utilizing job boards, print ads and company web sites.

The Search-Wave Process for Contact or Permanent Opening:

  1. Enter a permanent or contract job order in our web based system 24x7.

  2. Job order reviewed and follow-up call to clarify order if needed.

  3. Search-Wave Recruiters start screening candidates from all available on-line and off-line resources.

  4. Call screened candidates and go over skills, experience, availability and salary requirements or pay rates. Proactively sell them on your opportunity.

  5. Link qualified candidates to your opening after we have permission from them.

  6. Search-Wave member daily views job openings in system for qualified candidates as well as receiving communication from Search-Wave about candidates.

  7. Select candidates to interview.

  8. Search-Wave team will prep candidates for interview and coordinate interview times with candidate and Search-Wave member.
  9. Call candidate and Search-Wave member after interview for feedback.

  10. Extend an offer to candidate or explain to them why they were not chosen.

  11. Help Search-Wave member negotiate and close the candidate.

  12. Make sure candidate shows up for work.
